Yea, I far prefer fantasy too. Avatar looks like a ideal place to live, before the invasion from the greedy humans, of course. Apparently, people have comitted suicide after watching Avatar, because the movie is so sobering and because it sheds such a good light on their world (can't remember the planet's name) over ours. Not my words, enigma: these posters call it that in various
threads. I am just quoting them.
As for the real world: that is why I come here, it is too
mean and unkind in the real world, and I love fantasy
(did you not go to "Avatar"?)
I have not seen it yet.
What you see, yet can not see over, is as good as infinite. ~Thomas Carlyle

I think it is a moon of some other planet, and the name
of the moon or the planet is Pandora, but I could be
mistaken
Have you of the new movie coming out starring
Logan Lehrman, or maybe it is out today.
Percy Jackson and the Olympians or something similar.
Somebody steals Zeus' lightening bolt, and the kid
is a descendant of the ancient Greek gods or something.
Sounds right up my alley.
I have heard about the suicides too, and the suicide notes
they left behind. I guess it is is not all fantasy.

Actually, it sounds electrifying, Luke. Maybe there's a tie-in with Transformers.Have you heard of the new movie coming out? ... Somebody steals Zeus' lightening bolt, and the kid is a descendant of the ancient Greek gods or something. Sounds right up my alley.

I'm sorry I missed the earlier posts in this thread - the ones that actually dealt with "fishwife." Steve said his wife ate fish but didn't use foul language, which is good, because in that case he could never be hen-pecked.
