Not a whole lot. Pea/Pee seems to be a euphemism for
anger (
anger -- where there's a will, there's a way around the Profanity Filter
).

Normally, though, it seems to be a slang term for a flat military cap known as a garrison cap, which has an even more vulgar synonym.
