What a wonderful word!
I must admit that I myself could be described as being punctilio,meaning that I have a habit of being formal,fussy,pedantic and pernickerty............,much to the annoyance of some people.

Brazilian dude,I respect you for stating your opinion but would respect you even more if you would be so kind as to give an explanation for your reasons. I am not beyond critisism.
As I have previously explained I am not and would never even try to be Mrs know-it-all although I do have a certain admiration for the people who are but I have no respect for people who are patronizing and condescending as this only shows a huge lack in skill on their part.

Well if that is the context that it was meant well then I take it back and an apology is in order. Maybe it's just my mind playing tricks and a simple case of paranoia developing.

I noticed that Dr. Goodword's pernickety was used, he'll like that, I always thought the word was persnickety but he....... well, he'll notice I'm sure.
