Embrocation

A liquid Ben-Gay, perhaps?

I came across this reading some short stories from the late 19th century, Rivals to Sherlock Holmes. It struck me it might have a use for sesquipedalians.

embrocate

I was surprised to see foment in the definition; I've always used it in the "incite/get someone's dander up" sense, not the "pouring oil on troubled skin" sense.

Somehow, "oleaginous, my dear Watson" doesn't have quite the same effect.

Remember, never feed goat's milk to your pet rabbit; you shouldn't use that greasy kid stuff on your hare.

Personally, I never used Top Brass, but I did like watching Barbara Feldon on that tiger-skin rug before she became Agent 99. Rowrrrr! :D
