Of or pertaining to a town. Urban. ''I like the oppidan atmosphere of the big city.''

Good word--better than using "congested", "polluted", "crowded" or "!@#$@".

Did I mention I don't like cities?

(Finally, Grogie comes up with a word I know! It's a red letter day for me!)
