Hilarious, at times...

Tag lines haven't offended me. Scott Adams and I get our mail at the same place.

You can offend some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time. But you cannot...

Oh never mind!

Was it Mark Twain that said that sacred cows make the best hamburger?

I'm not sure if Mark is laughing here or having a bad day!

Mark Twain is credited with that, as well as with these.

"It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt." [This is also in the Book of Proverbs. 10:14 "Wise men lay up knowledge: but the mouth of the fool brings ruin near."Also 12:23 "A prudent man conceals knowledge: but the heart of fools proclaims his foolishness."]

"Under certain circumstances, profanity provides a relief denied even to prayer."

"I have never let my schooling interfere with my education."

"Always do right - this will gratify some and astonish the rest."

"Wrinkles should merely indicate where smiles have been."
"Time is nature's way of keeping everything from happening all at once. Lately it hasn't been working."
