Overly busy. Officious or meddlesome. ''Some neighbors can be polypragmatic.''

I had to look up pragmatic to get a handle on this one. I've never used it in any sense other than the "practical" one.
5. of or pertaining to the affairs of state or community.
6. Archaic.
a. busy; active.
b. officious; meddlesome; interfering.
c. dogmatic; opinionated.
So adding the "poly" makes it quite intensive, wouldn't you say?

I find nothing pragmatic about meddlesome people, but that's just me.
