A dictionary of words and phrases of a particular region of a country. ''The world,s biggest countries have all published idioticons of each of their national regions.'' Quite an interesting word.

if the Necronomicon is the book of the Old Ones, wouldn't the Idioticon be the account of their less-than-intelligent relatives?

Or would it be a SciFi convention for the faint of wits?

Then again, I know quite a few people who could serve as the Icon of Idiocy.
