2. producing a powerful effect; having force; effective.

3. convincing, as reasoning: a forcible theory.

4. characterized by the use of force or violence.

A nice forceful word. Interesting, too, in that at times it seems almost a synonym for forced, but it's not quite the same. You can have a forced smile, but not a forcible one.
