inexplicable

It is perhaps the best word to describe the chronic failure to post the Goodword for discussion. For two days running now, I and presumably others around the world who have something productive to say about "resile" and "aestive" have been rendered mute. Because gentle reminders to the management have no effect, I am forced to this blatant note. How complicated could it be to discharge this simple responsibility? When the world receives an open invitation to the party, but arrives to find the door shut and the house darkened, how many will want to return next time?

Well, here's resile, posted on Thursday:

Here's aestivate:

Often, when words are repeats, they don't make it to the Agora a second time. I'm not sure why, but they don't.

Fire away.
Life is like playing chess with chessmen who each have thoughts and feelings and motives of their own.
