But it's not prudent even for the MAG to exert his jurisprudence outside his jurisdiction.... Some of them have tasted lead when their approached village in search for mead.

Flam, I've read that sometimes their territores overlap, and usually human beings are not harassed when entering the area, I WASN'T, maybe the microcosm of Ursus arctos is more liberal that the countries of the world are with their respective jurisdictions. I hope that made Some sense

Are we political, with reference to the Sovjet bear that certainly "tasted lead" in Afghanistan, or is a more recent event and a subtle reference of the Eagle in Irak?

I was just thinking about Ursus Arctus and how he allows other species , and even other bears to live at peace in his environment. But during mating season, all bets are off!
