bric-a-brac: Oh, it could just be an interesting topic for Word of the Day. I can find the etymology online, so I have background on it, but it might be an interesting one to present.

Also, I see you have an entry on "camp", with a reference to "kitsch", but I do not think "kitsch" itself is discussed yet. It could be another interesting one.

Nope, kitsch has yet to be done.

As to bric-a-brac, I think we need an entire dictionary devoted to this concept. There are so many words for those little nothing we pick up on our way through life that someone should compile them all, give details on their origins where available, and attempt to describe the differences in how they are used.
