As I have explained before, "seperate climate" as in a greenhouse or another somewhat protected or sheltered area, although one should contrast this with a house or building that might be "climate controlled".

Our problem - one of our common problems - seems to be that we have turned up the thermostat on our little greenhouse, with consequences that may be dire....
