I like your suggestion, sluggo. If a games section doesn't fly, why not start a thread in res diversae?
Thought of that, onliest thing is that each game we would come up with would have to be a different thread, hentz an entire heading would be neccesseriated.
Bandying abbout a woman's name sir? I thought that what happens in the Big Easy stays in the Big Easy.

Nah, that's Lost Wages Nevada.

I figured someone would pick that up. I could have said Margaret Thatcher but let's not go there...

Hee hee. Well this may raise your cackles but I knew that term before I got here. Unless you mean the spelling, which was a stab in the dark.

Exactamente. It stays in my mind because at a radio station I worked in Vermont they had that quote on a cart ready to drop in any time

"Gentlemen, get it straight once and for all. The policeman isn't there to create disorder. The policeman is there to preserve disorder."-Richard Daley, 1968
Ah, yes; Big Rick Daley, or something like that.

Or as Will Rogers said, "I don't belong to an organized political party. I'm a Democrat."

True, which brings to mind Gore Vidal's "As for a third party, we tried that in 1972. The People's Party. Unfortunately we hadn't realized that to have a third party you must have two other parties."

But we digress....
