I suppose it's a form of Spoonerism, although entire words are switched instead of initial consonants.
My Division Director blurted this out this afternoon in her office while talking with another Division Director about enforcement of the Agency's Drug Policy. She'd had a loooonnngggg day ... and we all got a good laugh, including her boss.
We have a Work-Free Drug Place.
I knew there was a good reason I like working here!
