NO NO-SMOKING ADS!

Postby Stargzer » Thu Jun 30, 2005 1:45 pm

Thanks, Andrew! :D

Although, I was just about to post a link describing his ingredient, the Eucommia ulmoides.

Notice that his posts have been zeroed out!

I'm curious, just what was this one all about? Sounds like someone got themselves booted from the Agora for unbecoming behavior.

Here's an updated link to the tree information: http://hort.ifas.ufl.edu/TREES/EUCULMA. ... 20Ulmoides

Any hopes of getting the scoop on old news here?

It was a spammer. It's been so long ago that I forget exactly what it was, but it looks like it might have been spam for a Chinese herb to stop smoking, or maybe one you had to smoke for something else.

Thanks for finding the updated link!

We had some porn links show up once or twice, but they, too, were pulled down quickly.

Dr. Goodword does good work keeping those creeps from getting in.

In general I'm a political moderate, and against the death penalty in most cases, but I've become convinced the only way to clean out spammers and writers and distributors of malware is to have public executions on the Mall in Washington, with death squads to target those we can't extradite.

But that's just one person's opinion ...
