I've had this link for some time now, but never got around to posting it. Somewhere on the alphadictionary site is a similar idea based on movie titles, but for the life of me I cannot find it again.

It also brought to mind an old video [checks the googles - ahh, here it is] The Joy of Books. They're sorting for visual effect, not sentences, but also fun.

Reminds me of those little juke boxes beside the tables in the teen hang outs. We'd love to read the sides that answered each other.
