Where is everybody?
Before the spammers attacked our servers, we had 100-200 Agorans on line in the evening. Now there are only 10-12. Does anyone know what happened to everybody? Vacation should not have taken that great a toll.

Can't we be both? I'm of two minds. Seriously.
Doc, I wondered the same thing having noticed the same drastic drop in visitor numbers following the spam attack. I thought it may have something to do with the time period over which the server was counting visitors perhaps being changed.

Skinny, that's the whole point, it's supposed to be balanced.

I haven't been looking at how many members are on line. On the other hand, we who have been posting regularly seem to have become an almost exclusive society.

There always seemed to be a large number of Guests (anonymous users). Perhaps many of them were the spammers?

With my work I am sometimes away for days or weeks on end, although I take my computer with me I am usually too tired at the end of the business day to do more than correspondence. When I am home I seem to stay logged on 24 hours a day because I don't want to miss a thing. The laughter and joy that this forum brings me is important.
Perhaps we need to advertise........I will do my part by sharing the forum with friends and family.
I miss you all when I am away!

To paraphrase the old song, "how can you miss us if you don't go away?".
Glad you are back. We like your Sunny disposition also!

And then you Bailey, what can I say? Such a smile! Such a charmer! You make my heart just a flutter in a rather primaeval, or should it be primordial, way!

Put your coffee down, Sunny . . .
Mayhaps in his case, at least given his picture, it should be arboreal . . .
