4. gain traction - understand and do

5. fenestration - windows

6. damaging energy exchange - accident

7. off airport landing - crash

8. to performance manage out - sack

9. negative growth - loss

10. decanted - relocated

Working with contracts, I tend to think of weasel words as something else--not nearly as interesting as what's been posted!

Contract weasel words--
may
but not limited to
may exceed
some point in time

Now in the spirit of the above--
optimized workforce=smaller
retrench=cut back or lay off
