Darjeeling

Postby gailr » Sun Dec 16, 2007 6:04 pm

Happy Boston Tea Pary day to all rebels on both sides of the pond. I plan to celebrate with a nice cuppa Darjeeling, "the champagne of teas" (mine is imported from the UK!). :D

And a special toast to the hands that pick all those leaves...

If I can't get a good cuppa Joe then it's:

Tea; Earl Grey; Hot; with Splenda and a shot o' Jameson or another spirited aqua vitae.

You'd be amazed, you would, at what Rémy goes with...
