I know several with cranial-rectal inversions, and one or
two in need of a rectalcraniatomy. One here is in need
of a cryptocraniotomy.

Is kudos a count noun (i.e., can there be one kudos, two kudos, etc.)?

Nope. That was just an intentional play on my part.

Here's the Dr.'s word on kudos.
