A nice word with generally positive overtones. I'm not sure how I'd use the second meaning, though. "My cup is ebullient" just doesn't quite do it for me.Klimt wrote:1. high spirits; exhilaration; exuberance.

With regard to the second meaning, there is the ebulliometer.
It measures the alcohol content of wines – not high spirits.
