Embrangle

Postby Slava » Tue Apr 09, 2013 4:38 pm

We just did snarl, which reminded me of this one.

Embrangle means: to embroil, confuse, or entangle.

Most likely a portmanteau word formed from: brawl and wrangle.

So, when you're having a bad hair day, you might just want to snarl at the snarly knots your hair embrangled itself into.

You also most likely don't want your conspiratorial co-workers get you embrangled in office politics.

Good word suggestion. At what point does embroil become embrangle?

Good question, which I feel beholden to answer with a question: Is there a Dr. in the house? :)

I sincerely doubt it, and even more so hope not. Speaking for myself, just too dang lazy.
