Anyone building their own house surely is not null.
The world is a bettering around here. My part of the
state has just been proclaimed drought free, tho' not
out of danger. The west is still in stage 5 and desperate
for water. Hope all is well on the Olympia Pen.

I am at present on the San Francisco Peninsula, enjoying the weather and the grandson. Granddaughter due next month.

I do NOT relish the drive home. I will be leaving on Sunday to go to Sacramento to pick up a friend. Weather there predicted to be in the low 100s.
I will leave her at her place in Beaverton OR, next to Portland, and head home to more reasonable temps on the little pen I call home now.

Relief awaits there...

Good Journey.
Write when you get home, as I want to know which pen you
live on.

Things that go on after a war are, of course, postbellum in nature.
There is also interbellum – the period between two wars, especially the two world wars. This seems to be principally a noun, whereas antebellum and postbellum are adjectives.

Isn't there a lively song titled, "bellum, bellum"? I think I have heard it on Youtube. If I knew how, I would put one of the little smiley faces here.

at this point in the U.S. it would seem our new national anthem should be a song "bellum bella"

Just click on the one you want in the box to the right of the composition box.

If for some reason you don't have the box, try simply typing a colon and a right parenthesis, : and ) = :).

Also, in your board preferences, found in the user control panel, make sure smilies are on.
