Only got three so far; two rather quickly (1,4), one after a bit of work (3). But, since this is a Web-enabled world, I used Anu Garg's Internet Anagram Server on wordsmith.org for the last two. The brain gets too tired at the end of the day.

More anagrams

Postby Dr. Goodword » Fri Feb 10, 2006 8:27 am

Here are five more that I made up. See if you can do them without the aid of an anagram server.

sore, rot
last, lion
fig, fare
lair, gloat
rose, run, hic

Try them in the morning, Larry.

rooster
salt lion????
Giraffe
Alligator
rhinoceros

to use an anagram server is cheating when we are doing a 'brain' teaser, I'm afraid I couldn't get the other one. my poor brain just can't cope.
