Living in the south, the first thing I learned after moving here is saying "Sir and Ma'am" to show respect to people. And it is used ofter here. So ,how should I have done it while writing in spanish? Or what title would one use? And how would I fit it into the structure of the sentence? Example please.

You can use señor, señora or señorita, but please don't do that around me. Note that all are lower case.

Or floss, as the case may be.
In any event, we serve up our humor al dente.
