While not a "nice" word in its meanings, it's still a good word. If you say it with a little "burp," it feels much like what it means. I'm not sure if we can come up with many fun ways to use it, but I'm quite sure there are plenty of uses today, especially when speaking of politics of which one doesn't approve.

I'm afraid I'm lost on this one. Does this have a meaning, or is it an inside joke? The dictionaries on-line don't have it.

Slava, no inside joke. You just need different references!

Sorry Slava, I just think urpy describes the feeling of being bilious perfectly and O'Rourk is the sound of retching.

It's the first day of First Grade and Sister Mary Sunshine is taking roll. She asks the first boy what his name is. "Jule," he answered. "Well, Jule is your nickname, what your family and friends call you. Here in class we will use your full name, which is Julius," she replied. "Next young man: what is your full name?" The boy answered, "Well, at home everyone calls me Bill, so I guess my full name is Billius."

Hahahah, Bubba's name is Bill, I just call him nose-of-a-duck, not to his face. He's just Bilious Bubba.
