Which Means:

Previous, coming ahead of.

As In:

Image Samuel has to be at baseball practice before 7:00 p.m. Looks like he's running late!

Heads Up!

All of the other letters in 'before' come before the last E!

little

Which Means:

Small or tiny.

As In:

Image The fairies were so little that they could sit on a mushroom!

Heads Up!

The word 'little' has two Ts and ends in an E.

Which Means:

Belonging to us.

As In:

Image The owl carried our books around for us during school.

Heads Up!

This word is often misspelled 'are'. There's a big difference!

Always spell this word with an O and A--in that order even if they are pronounced the same!.

This word is past tense of 'try': to put forth effort.
