easel

Which Means:

A stand or frame that supports artwork or a canvas at which an artist works.

As In:

Image The painter let his artwork dry on the easel.

plaster

Which Means:

A mixture of lime, water, and sand applied to the walls and ceilings of rooms as a finish.

As In:

Image Sandy applied plaster to the walls.

Heads Up!

The verb 'plaster' means to apply thickly, as to plaster on makeup.

glaze

Which Means:

To give something a bright, shiny covering or coat.

As In:

Image The potter will glaze her new pot as the last step.

Heads Up!

Glaze is a word as smooth as it sounds and looks!

pyramid

Which Means:

A solid shape with triangular sides that meet at a common point at the top.

As In:

Image Reggie built a pyramid out of sand at the beach.

Heads Up!

The Y sounds like a short I in 'pyramid'.
