Which Means:

A hollow space, dip or hole in a surface.

As In:

Image This tooth has a cavity!

Heads Up!

The V in cavity represents that hollow space or dip.

Which Means:

A long, continuing dull pain.

As In:

Image Michael has an ache in his stomach, and he doesn't feel well.

The CH in 'ache' has a K sound.
