I would suggest concentrating on becoming somewhat proficient in one of the languages you have already started. Of course, it depends on your reasons for studying lanuages. I have lived in Ohio all my life and have never heard anyone say "Where you at?" nor have I heard anyone pronounce the name of our state as anything other than O-hi-o.
