Hello, fellow frequenters of the αγορά. I came across a wonderfully obscure word the other day - obscure to me, that is (perhaps not to a coastal piscator): diadromous, meaning able to live in either salt or fresh water (the article where I met the word was about bull sharks). I can think of very few other applications for the word - diadromous pirates, perhaps?
