Very nice of you, Luke. I think I'm more welcome here than on my couch--for some reason my cat and dog think it is theirs now!

I don't have a cat, but my dog thinks every chair in
the house, and my bed too, is hers.
There are even parts of the day I have her on my
lap as I sit in front of my computer.
Animals - aren't they great???

You're right; I will post. You can't blame me, though. It's a condition. I can't help it. I chatter and prattle and babble 'til the cows come home. My hands won't stop, ever.

Sure am glad I don't have to listen. I'll content myself
with just reading (or not) and posting (or not).

Luke, I can't imagine you NOT posting.

Thanks slava, I just enjoy the repartee. It is so much
better than reading the useless local newspaper with my
morning coffee. And all the great words on the threads
that have been ignored for so long - they make for
wonderful experiences. And one has to keep one's mind
going, especially in retirement, so one does not get
part-timers, some-timers, or half-timers, or whatever they
call it. That and crossword puzzles, you know.

By the way, enigma, I found a new post yesterday,
with an advertisement on it for baby beds. Can you
believe this site is infected too?????
Almost as bad as H1N1.

Greetings to all!

Hi Luke, good to see you've wasted no time climbing the leader board.

Good to see few familiar names, but no Sleeper! I'm inconsolable.

Greetings to all!

Hi Luke, good to see you've wasted no time climbing the leader board.

Good to see few familiar names, but no Sleeper! I'm inconsolable.
Sleeper visits the site, but says it is almost too difficult
to understand (?). She found a site that explains
grammar and is there for the interim. I think that is
great: she needs to understand it before she can teach it,and she is supposed to be a teacher. Go figure.

I welcomed you on the Welcome Home thread. Glad you
are here.
