Not a whole lot. Pea/Pee seems to be a euphemism for anger (anger -- where there's a will, there's a way around the Profanity Filter ).has anyone else heard the expression pea cutter? Emphasis always on the Cut.

Normally, though, it seems to be a slang term for a flat military cap known as a garrison cap, which has an even more vulgar synonym. It's a corker (an excellent person or thing; something that closes a discussion, from the notion of putting a cork in it), a cracker, a whizz, a snozzler (if you're a New Zealander), even a anger-cutter (North American, naturally) or any one of numerous alternatives, all dated, located and explained.
