cray cray

Just curious, does anyone else think this is stupid. This puts me in mind of when I was a teenager and my mother, thinking she was hip, told me IN FRONT OF MY FRIENDS , to enjoy playing our recs. (for anyone who wasn't a teen in the 1960's we listened to records on a record player).

I imagine every generation feels the same about the next generation's slang. Each group wants to come up with their own identity, and slang's one of the ways to do it.
Life is like playing chess with chessmen who each have thoughts and feelings and motives of their own.
