undue

Postby Eileen Opiolka » Thu Nov 26, 2020 1:40 pm

It means more than simply the negative of "due" and it has appeared in definitions before, but not as a word in its own right. Undue neglect?

Best wishes,
Eileen

Due is a good one, too. Especially given its root being PIE *ghabh-. I'd like to see the progression from that combination of letters to the present one, which in appearance has nothing in common with the root.
