Bangorrhea!
Not a generally accepted term, as yet, but perhaps worthwhile! It means the overuse of, or addiction to using, the exclamation point in writing! Some copy-editors call the exclamation mark a "bang!" There are even people who study the use and meaning of the bang on social media and the like! They sure can get annoying, can't they?
Life is like playing chess with chessmen who each have thoughts and feelings and motives of their own.
Re: Bangorrhea!
Another term for this mark is "shriek". I wonder what expansion can be made on that.

"Does shriekorrhea work for you‽," he asked with an interrobang!
Shriekorama sounds like a come-on for an old-fashioned horror movie. But that's not using it to mean exclamation point.
