Big word in today's business news, referring to the packaging of products in smaller and smaller quantities. (But for not necessarily decreasing prices.)
In more traditional usage, a sachet is a small, usually fabric and often pillow-shaped, package containing sweet-smelling plant matter that can be placed in a drawer of unmentionables to add a delicate perfume.
Or, in Britspeak, a sachet is what in the U.S. is known as a teabag. A sachet of the purely scented variety is not usually meant to be doused in boiling water, but that's the intended fate of the teabag.

Re: Sachetization
No one seems to know how to pronounce this word. It is based on sachet, pronounced [sashay: [sashayizayshên]? [sashetizayshên]?

Re: Sachetization
I heard it on the radio, with the "t" definitely pronounced -- "sashettization". It was on an NPR station, so I might be able to remember the program, and produce a link. At least I'll try.
