Unwieldy
This appears to be of strictly Germanic origin. Without the prefix, the ancient German meant having power.

One of those words I've just never really thought about. Come to find out, yes, there is such a word as wieldy. If I'd thought about it, I would have thought it was a joking, made-up opposite for a word that doesn't have an opposite. And I'd have been wrong.
