Hypercondriac is a condition that affects the mind where a person thinks they are unwell, but they are really heathy. Also, fearing all the time they might bet sick.
Found this in an old Gothic story, it seems to be rare.

Re: Hypercondriac
Hyper? The definition sounds like hypo to me. Or is this a hyper hypochondriac?
Life is like playing chess with chessmen who each have thoughts and feelings and motives of their own.

Re: Hypercondriac
Actually they are (very slightly) distinct terms.

"Similarly, hypochondriac is another term used synonymously with hypercondriac; though they are used interchangeably, a minor distinction exists between them. While a hypercondriac is a condition or an individual who is convinced that they are always sick, a hypochondriac is an individual or a situation where one is in fear of getting sick or been diagnosed with an illness."
I imagine you would have to be involved in the treatment of such illnesses to be aware of such distinctions but nevertheless...
