Proto-Indo-European videos

Postby Dr. Goodword » Tue May 19, 2020 12:28 pm

Here is a great video about Proto-Indo-European with moving illustrations.

Here is a recording of someone telling a story in Proto-Indo-European.

Proto-Indo-European was a real language 6500 years ago, and we know enough about its sound and meanings to have recreated it. By the way, its website and its Facebook presence are rich in professionally produced explorations of Indo-European languages.

Dr Goodword, thanks for this. I enjoyed the tale about the domestication of animals by humans.
