Acephalous
This comes directly from late Latin, which borrowed it from Greek. Not head, or headless. But is this from PIE, which gave German speakers kopf?

I sometimes feel that many people, especially politicians, are acephalous. Can't they get it that the Internet and cellphones are permanent records? If you want to get caught, use these.
