Doesn't seem to be much better than the other, anyway. Here it is : http://www.museudalinguaportugue...

And the problem with me is that numbers and letters have colors: isn't it so obvious for you that an 'A' is red, an 'E' is yellow or light-orange and a 'U' is purple ? Yes, but only if they're in lowecase, and this may change depending on the font used. About the experiment in which people tend to r...

I'm with Katy and Anders on this one. From my experience raising my two daughters, I know babies trust their parents. Spheterize
I've seen this one and I'm curious about its origins.
I've seen on a webpage that it means "to make something one's own; to appropriate".

Cathedral
Hey Garzo, don't forget to post the text somewhere in this Agora, so the rest of us won't burn with curiosity... well, at least that's what's gonna happen to me if you don't ! BTW, is there a reason for stressing the middle syllable of "cathedral" ? In Portuguese and, I think, in mo...

Blåögd
Hello, Henri.
May blåögd be translated as blue-eyed ? Or one who sees everything blue ? In Portuguese, "tudo azul" ("everything blue") may mean "everything's ok".

Get the Hang of It
An equivalente expression in Portuguese I remember of is "pegar o jeito (da coisa)". It's an almost literal translation, were it not for the word "jeito" (way, manner) in place of "hang".
BD will surely be able to tell if I'm right or wrong on this one.
