Hmmmmm....
I've only heard it in the phrase "... out the gazump stump ..." which has the same meaning as "... out the wazoo ...." as in "He had money coming out the gazump stump." In this instance it seems to be a form of intensification by repetition of the final syllable. (I know there's a word for that somewhere ...)
