I just came across this neologism in the WaPo.

I don't know if it's worthy of inclusion just yet, but it's quite an interesting topic.

It's buried down toward the bottom of the article, but the article is interesting reading. I don't know if Talkocracy is the right word to describe Rush Windbag and his ilk. I think of a "-cracy" as more of a social system or a system of government, like Democracy or Idiocracy. Maybe Talkosphere, analogous to the Blogosphere?

From what I've heard out of talking heads on either extreme, that's precisely what they're aiming at.
