May I suggest "nosism" as the next Word of the Day naturally following "illeism." "Nosism" is the use of the the plural personal pronoun "we" to refer to oneself. It is derived from the Latin word "nos" for "we" and is known variously as the "The Imperial We," "The Victorian We" and "The Royal We" among others. The archetypal example is Queen Victoria's pronouncement: "We are not amused."

Nosism
When talking informally, most Nosists revert to being Eyeists. Or Eyebrowists, as they tend to be supercilious. They are all Egoists, of course, even when they are Nosists.
I wonder what the appropriate term is for those who refer to themselves as "one" (e.g. "one was grateful for the gift"), as members of the British Royal Family often do.
