I looked this up on the One Look doohickey on the alphadictionary homepage and got links to 9 sites. Of them, 3 were lies, but 6 actually had a definition. They all agree that devitable means avoidable, not un.
In a separate source, not the Internot, I did find devitatio, which means an escape, shunning, eschewing, or avoiding. It doesn't show up in One Look at all.
