languorous

Postby uncronopio » Wed Jul 13, 2005 1:47 am

From Answers.com: Languorous, adj. Lacking energy and vitality or showing such a lack: flagging, lackadaisical, languid, leaden, limp, listless, lymphatic, spiritless. See action/inaction, tired/fresh.

By the way, lackadaisical has been used only once in this forum, but never formally suggested.

A nice two-fer suggestion, with both given the treatment.

Languorous, in its root form, here: http://www.alphadictionary.com/bb/viewtopic.php?t=2788

Lackadaisical here: http://www.alphadictionary.com/bb/viewtopic.php?t=1861
